Born and raised in New York City, Dr. Navarro was educated at M.I.T. and Boston University before building a career defined as much by her patients' trust as by her credentials. She served as Director of Medicine at Wellington Regional Medical Center and co-founded the Women Physicians Medical Society in 1988.
Beyond the clinic, she has spent decades on the boards of children's charities including The Children's Place at Home Safe and the Children's Case Management Organization, helping raise over $500,000 to keep families together. She also designed her own line of supportive, fashionable hosiery, recognizing that patient care doesn't end at the exam room door.
Dr. Navarro, a former Director of Medicine for the Wellington Regional Medical Center has helped found the Women’s Physicians Medical Society in 1988. She has been an active member of the Palm Beach County Medical Society for over 10 years.
Always in pursuit of her patient’s best interests, Dr. Navarro recognized the vital need for both fashionable and supportive hosiery. With this in mind, she designed her own line of hosiery that has been featured in several national media outlets.
Medical school teaches you to treat the disease. Nobody teaches you to treat the person.
